Overview

Job Title: Tier 1/ 2 Desktop Support Technician
Location: Onsite (Gainesville GA)
Job Type: Full time M-F 8AM-5PM (60 day contract with the possibility to go longer)

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier 1-2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support to end-users across the organization during a Windows 11 migration project. This role is responsible for resolving escalated IT support issues performing in-depth troubleshooting of hardware and software problems and supporting various technologies including desktops laptops mobile devices printers and core business applications. The Tier 2 technician will work closely with Tier 1 support network engineers and system administrators to ensure optimal IT service delivery.
