What Youll Do:
As a Behavioral Health RN youll be a trusted presence in the lives of patients facing emotional psychological or psychiatric challenges. Youll:
Manage a caseload of patients with empathy and clinical excellence
Create and evolve care plans based on real-time assessments
Provide in-home care focused on both mental health and whole-person wellness
Collaborate closely with physicians therapists social workers and care teams
Offer emotional and educational support to patients families and caregivers
Guide end-of-life discussions and provide bereavement support when needed
Coach and mentor peers in behavioral health best practices
What You Bring:
Active unrestricted RN license (state-specific)
1 year of clinical nursing experience (Behavioral Health or Home Health preferred)
A passion for behavioral wellness and human-centered care
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Willingness to travel locally (up to 50%)
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and insurance
Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase EMR
