About the Role

- 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hour shifts days and nights
- Permanent
As a Warehouse Operative you will be part of a supportive team working with colleagues who will help you settle in find your way around and show you the ropes.
Your main tasks and duties will be:
- Receive put away pick and dispatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods in warehouses.
- Process raw materials or finished goods using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Utilise Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks counterbalance reach trucks ride-on or Pedestrian Operated trucks.
- Conduct regular stock checks and oversee returns while working to minimize waste and promote recycling.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) collaborate within a team to maintain audit readiness and contribute to achieving team and company-wide targets.

For the role of Warehouse Operative we are looking for:
- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things such as Fork Lift Truck operation and Counterbalance training.
- Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
