Summary:
Licensed Land Surveyor - Survey/SUE Project Manager
Location: TBD (Multiple Locations Available)
Contract Duration: Direct Hire (Permanent Position)
Overview of the Role:
Join a dynamic team where your expertise in land surveying will shape critical infrastructure projects. As a Licensed Land Surveyor - Survey/SUE Project Manager youll lead surveying operations mentor technical staff and drive project success while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor surveying teams and technicians
- Coordinate with engineering right-of-way and utility coordination personnel
- Determine project scope objectives and resource allocation
- Research and analyze survey evidence maps deeds and historical records
- Prepare comprehensive survey proposals and documentation
- Represent the organization in client meetings and technical conferences
- Develop and implement surveying methods and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and local surveying regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Registered Land Surveyor license (Required)
- 12 years of progressive surveying experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of surveying regulations and standards
- Experience with subsurface utility engineering (SUE)
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment
- Leadership and project management capabilities
