Job Description
Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest Behavioral Healthcare Groups in Bakersfield CA to recruit a Full-Time Employed Adult Psychiatrist. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-structured multidisciplinary team in a dedicated behavioral health setting.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (Inpatient)
- Patient Population: Adults across high- and low-acuity units including an ISD unit
- Strong Support System:
- IOP Program in place.
- Full social work and treatment team (meets 2x weekly).
- PMHNP support for med checks.
- Call: Shared weekend coverage (daytime admissions only no overnight call).
- 7on/7off or 14on/14off available
Compensation & Benefits:
- W-2 Employed Position (1099 option available if preferred).
- All-in compensation package (no at-risk incentives).
- 6 weeks of PTO.
- Comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision etc.) through private insurance.
