Pratt and Whitney has an exciting new opportunity with our Manufacturing Finance Administration group for a Senior Manager Finance FP&A.
The position will be located onsite at our East Hartford Connecticut campus location.
What You Will Do:
- HFM / OneStream administrative role supporting operations FP&A.
- Analyzing and forecasting aged inventory period costs and manufacturing overhead.
- Review analyze and interpret data to develop observations and recommendations to present to leadership.
- Prepare materials for inclusion in closing and forecast packages and LRP presentations on key variances assumptions and communication to drive business decisions.
- Coordination and financial analysis supporting the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
- Business partner between Operations shops Supply chain PW Manufacturing Accounting.
- Ad hoc analysis to support cost mitigation efforts.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and 10 years of applicable experience; OR an advanced degree in and 7 years of applicable experience.
- High level of HFM proficiency knowledge and experience.
- Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of shop operations.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Shop Operations finance experience.
- Pratt accounting experience.
- OneStream knowledge.

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
