Job Description

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic therapist-led rehabilitation team in Jesup Georgia where your skills and passion for patient care are valued. This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a supportive work environment with the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population including those with orthopedic neurological balance and post-surgical conditions. The role also supports a rehabilitation continuum through a swing bed program.

What Were Looking For:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in Georgia
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program (Masters or Doctorate)
  • Strong clinical interest in patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients across various diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer exercises manual therapy and modalities
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
  • Supervise support staff including PTAs and techs
  • Participate in professional development and community outreach

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current or eligible GA PT license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; over 100 lbs with assistance
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems

  2. Clinical Documentation & Progress Tracking
  3. Therapeutic Exercise & Modalities Administration
