Nos chefs de projets architectes chargs daffaires et conducteurs de travaux Ttris travaillent ensemble afin de concevoir et dlivrer des espaces porteurs de sens rpondant au mieux aux besoins de nos clients.
Enjeux et missions du poste :
Le conducteur de travaux intervient sur des projets damnagement de moyennes ou grandes surfaces (dem) pour lesquels il pilote la phase dexcution des travaux afin de garantir le suivi en termes de cot qualit dlais et scurit. Il travaille sur le projet sous la responsabilit du chef de projet ou du charg daffaire en troite collaboration avec les architectes ainsi que les responsables du mobilier et du transfert intervenants sur le chantier. Son manager N1 est un Directeur de Travaux au sein de la direction technique tertiaire.
Ce poste vous attire Voici le profil que nous recherchons
En formation en btiment (Bac pro BTS Ingnieur).
Apptence pour lamnagement despace commerces/ htelier ou bancaire et/ou bureaux (amnageur agenceur cloisonneur etc.).
Parfaite matrise des outils informatiques tels que MS Project Word Excel etc.
Travail en quipe rigueur organisation qualits relationnelles.
La matrise de langlais serait un plus.
