Corewell Health Michigans largest health system is seeking full time and part time CAAs to join our dedicated team. Step into a highly specialized cardiac and vascular anesthesia team at Corewell Healths Meijer Heart & Vascular Institute part of a nationally recognized center of excellence.
Complex endovascular procedures (TEVAR carotid stents branched aortic repair)
State of the Art electrophysiology procedures
This is a high-acuity team-oriented environment where anesthesiology critical care surgery and cardiology collaborate deeply. Our CAAs are integrated respected members of the heart team.
What Youll Do
Provide high-level anesthetic care for cathlab and major vascular procedures
No call required. Opportunity to do elective call shifts available
Work in collaborative practice model
40 hour work week in four 10 hour shifts or two 8s and two 12s.
Qualifications
Required masters degree Master of Science in Anesthesiology (MSA) or Master of Medical Science
CRT-At least one License and/or Certification in area of specialty - UNKNOWN Unknown National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistant (NCCAA) upon hire required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
1 year of experience in high-acuity ORs preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply
