Whatyoull do:
Position title: SAP Global Revenue Operations Intern Business Analysis & Project Management
Location: US SAP Office
Expected Start: July 2025
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension)
Our Global Revenue Operations (GRO) organization is at the heart of our supporting our Sales business across the Customer Value Journey. This internship will play a critical role on a small team that helps ensure GRO runs smoothly and transforms at a pace needed to meet the need of our field teams (e.g. account executives solution advisors customer success managers etc.). This team is based within our Global Field Insights and Excellence team within GRO.
Specific activities of the intern include but are not limited to
Conduct business analysis to support dedicated teams within GRO including building and managing data dashboards sharing insights following up on assigned tasks/actions gathering feedback and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Support design and coordination of Global Revenue Operations enablement programs and communications including aligning with guest speakers facilitating enablement sessions reporting metrics and maintaining documentation.
Gain experience in project management strategy & operations business analytics and collaborate with the GRO Field Insights team to align efforts with team goals and objectives supporting various programs.
Use Microsoft 365 apps including Word Excel PowerPoint MS Teams MS Forms and PowerBI. Copilot and other AI will also be used regularly.
Support communications through existing and new SharePoint sites for various operations and sales audiences across multiple topics.
What you bring:
Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Fluency in English language is required with university experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word PowerPoint Excel and Teams and knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI
Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally both in writing and Teams calls
Analytical skills: Analyze structure consolidate and visualize customer opportunity data.

The Global Field Insights team part of Global Revenue Operations strives for enhanced operational excellence supporting internal GRO operations as well as external for SAP Strategy & Operations Customer Success and the Executive Board.
The team supports programs communications enablement dashboards and business cadences that align to operations priorities and the needs of the business.
The team is exposed to senior leadership throughout the company.

Supporting the Go-to-Market 2026 strategy enhancing business performance and productivity.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 (USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
