About the Role: Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced and
driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our education recruitment branch
in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
education recruitment proven leadership skills and a track record of
success in billing. If youre looking for an exciting opportunity to take your

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the branch ensuring all recruitment
targets are met.
Lead motivate and support a small team of recruitment consultants.
Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and candidates.
Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring high-
quality service.
Drive business development activities and identify new opportunities
for growth.
Achieve personal and team billing targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in education recruitment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A solid billing background with the ability to drive revenue.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for client visits.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to building
relationships.
A desire to lead and grow a team in a dynamic and rewarding
environment.
