As a Maintenance Specialist 1 youll be an essential part of our team performing a variety of tasks that keep our roads in top condition:
Road Maintenance: Street cleaning sanding snow removal and vegetation management.
Equipment Operation: Operating trucks and other heavy equipment to transport materials and tow equipment.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Applying pavement treatments maintaining drainage systems and right-of-way and shoulder maintenance.
Emergency Response: Participating in emergency operations ensuring community safety during critical times.
Team Collaboration: Working alongside a diverse team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

People who can operate heavy equipment and drive trucks.
Those with a valid Class A CDL (Commercial Drivers License).

High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience in maintenance or road construction including one year of truck driving experience.
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

This recruitment will be used to fill any current and future full-time part-time on-call temporary and limited duration positions while the eligible for hire list is active.
