Job Description
Position: Director of Nursing
Location: Flagstaff Arizona
Schedule: Flexible 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
(Final schedule TBD based on Administrators needs; overtime may be required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and ensure top-quality care within our long-term care facilities in the Flagstaff area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership compliance knowledge and hands-on experience in long-term care.
Requirements:
Active RN License in the State of Arizona
Minimum of 2 years Long-Term Care experience (required)
Proven leadership and communication skills in a healthcare setting
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
