Hicks Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual that is able to work well with others in a professional atmosphere. Must be able to be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Post daily bank transactions (Reserves/Funding Notices/Payoffs/FloorPlan)
- Billing of car deals checking for accuracy of paperwork
- Tracking the funding of car deals (CIT)
- Liaison with Lenders/Banks/Manufacturers
- Tracking Sales payroll and commissions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Manager.
- Automotive accounting experience is a plus
- Advanced computer skills. CDK is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to keep confidential and sensitive information confidential and secure.
- Demonstrates ability to efficiently organize work and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to grow professionally and learn new skills as needed
