NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABORS PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Predictive Analyst Archer Daniels Midland Company Decatur IL. Analyze and report on the health of rotating process equipment to proactively identify component equipment and system issues and recommend corrective actions. Utilize predictive maintenance programs to include vibration analysis oil analysis ultrasound and equipment condition monitoring. Review and monitor the rotating equipment condition including vibration data lube oil results and utilize other critical operating process data such as pressures temperatures flows loads and efficiencies to determine equipment health. Provide remote troubleshooting support to field technicians to resolve vibration instrumentation and data collector issues. Provide vibration data collection training to new employees. Collaborate with Operations Management Site Maintenance Personnel Reliability Specialists and Engineers to identify and resolve rotating equipment related issues. 40 hrs/week Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $95769.00/yr. See for more REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
Predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies;
Using applying and maintaining vibration data acquisition software and the diagnosticequipment used to track the health of the sites critical rotating machinery;
Interpretation and analysis of vibration and oil analysis data;
Vibration systems including transmitters probes accelerometers and the associated cables;
Installation of vibration systems and proper grounding; and
Interpretation and analysis of Infrared data.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
