Spring Fertility is expanding our network! We are excited to announce Open Fertility powered by Spring. Open Fertility is focused on addressing the disparity between the population of individuals who could benefit from fertility services including Egg Freezing and IVF and those who can access those services today. By streamlining simplifying and focusing on effective fertility treatments were bringing exceptional fertility care to more people than ever before. At Open Fertility there are OPEN POSSIBILITIES where we are committed to finding ways to help more patients achieve their reproductive goals OPEN ACCESS where we are dedicated to making great fertility care available to those paying for treatment out of pocket and OPEN ARMS where we greet each patient with compassion empathy and understanding! We open our first clinic in Roseville CA and we are getting ready to launch our second one in Astoria NY 11103!
Role Summary
Our Medical Assistants engage with our patients day-in and out and they are vital to the patient experience. They are caring compassionate and work well together as a team. They work closely with our Provider team to provide exceptional patient care. Our Medical Assistants will also support front desk duties.
Some day-to-day duties include:
- Greeting patients
- Collecting patient payments
- Rooming patients
- Obtaining vitals
- Performing phlebotomy
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a clean clinic
- Assisting physicians during clinic procedures (Saline sonograms IUI and more!)
Education Licenses Certifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- CPT certification preferred
Employment Type
This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours rotational weekends and holidays.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $22-28/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set depth of experience certifications and/or degrees.
