DuPont is currently looking for a Field Service Technician II based at our Marlborough MA site.
The Field Service Technician II coordinates manages implements and/or performs service for new equipment installation existing equipment and system repairs.
Simple mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Complete Service Report
Complete SSI and AOS reports with supervision
Can read and understand BOMs and packing list
Read and understand drawings including P&ID
Understands basic water treatment and filtration
Troubleshoots instruments (turbs flow pH etc.)
Troubleshoots pumps valves and motorized equipment
Interfaces with PMs and PEs to help resolve issues
Create own itinerary with the use of DuPont Water Solutions Concur Travel
Can read and follow FDS
This job requires 95% travel
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year(s) of water treatment and filtration troubleshooting and repairs experience
Requires valid drivers license and is insurable through rental car agreements
Can read and understand drawings including P&ID Electrical Mechanical and General Arrangements.
Basic understanding water treatment and filtration equipment and processes
Basic understanding and Process knowledge PLC troubleshooting skills and understanding of how SCADA systems work
