$2000.00 Sign On Bonus
Starting Wage $22.74 per hour
What We Offer You:
Wage: $22.74 per hour plus shift differential with overtime opportunities available.
Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonus potential up to 11 percent and an additional attendance bonus.

What Youll Do:
Monitor equipment during operation to identify issues or irregularities and take prompt action to correct or report them to the shipping team or supervisor.
Inspect cans regularly to ensure quality standards are met; report any defects or material variances to quality assurance or supervisory staff.
Complete accurate logs checklists and production records as part of your daily work.
Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself coworkers and company property.
Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work area.
Fill in across tasks as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
We Need You To Have:
High school diploma GED or equivalent.
A can do will do attitude with a track record of reliability.
The ability to read and follow verbal andwritten instructions.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
