Scheduled Weekly Hours:
0Gundersen Health System is seeking a casual on-call Patient Attendant within our Patient Experience Department. Be one of the first people to make a great impression on patients and their loved ones when they arrive at our Onalaska Clinic location.
What you will do:
- On Call - Hours vary each week but very flexible
- Monday- Friday between the hours of 4:30 AM - 8 PM
- Every 6th weekend rotation
- Candidates should have a flexible schedule to accommodate a wide range of hours
Greet direct escort and assist patients and their loved ones to/from their destinations
Monitor parking and traffic at clinic entrances
Maintain wheelchairs to ensure cleanliness and safety

What you need:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year in a role that works with the public
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Friendly approachable and helpful demeanor
Adequate computer skills
Ability to push wheelchairs
