Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Plant Nursery Manager to lead our nursery operations and contribute to our growth.

Oversee daily operations of the nursery ensuring efficient plant production and maintenance.

Manage inventory including ordering receiving and organizing plant stock.

Supervise and train nursery staff fostering a collaborative and productive team.

Develop and implement plant care protocols including watering fertilization and pest management.

Maintain attractive plant displays and ensure the nursery is clean and organized.

Assist customers with plant selection care advice and other inquiries.

Monitor environmental conditions and adjust as needed to optimize plant health.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Bachelors degree in Horticulture Agriculture or related field (preferred).

Minimum of Insert Years years of experience in nursery or greenhouse management.

Strong knowledge of plant species growth requirements and pest management.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to operate nursery equipment and machinery safely.

Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
