Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Treasury Analyst (Contract). This contract role is expected to last at least 6 months to provide maternity leave coverage. The position is instrumental in managing cash operations banking systems bank account administration and compliance reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners across multiple regions to ensure efficient and compliant treasury processes.



Responsibilities
  • Global Cash Operations
    • Reconcile daily U.S. cash and debt balances; recommend debt pay-downs or borrowings.
    • Prepare and manage bank account documentation (e.g. KYC openings/closings authority and entitlement updates).
    • Initiate and process bank wires using online banking platforms.
    • Distribute monthly reports to General Ledger Accounting.
    • Serve as one of the primary administrators for banking platforms.
    • Administer aspects of the internal bank account management application.
  • Support the monthly intercompany netting process.
  • Administer aspects of the treasury workstation.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Prepare reports on global cash balances FX rates bank fees and interest expense/income.
    • Support internal and external audits including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
    • Assist in training and monitoring adherence to Treasury policies and procedures
  • Derivatives
    • Prepare and document foreign exchange trades.
    • Support the hedge program including analyzing exposures and reporting.
  • Act as a backup to other team members.
  • Up to 25% of time may be dedicated to work outside of the above responsibilities.


Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced skill in the use of Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to research.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills including command of the English language for reading writing and comprehension.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of the information with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities and responsibilities independently.
  • Professional demeanor.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged sitting/standing in front of a computer in a well-lit air-conditioned office.
  • Frequently required to use a telephone computer copier and scanner.
  • Professional office environment.
  • Fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experiencein finance/treasury or closely related field.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Economics Finance or related field required

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $47.34 and $63.12 per hour and may include cost of living actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
