The Production Specialist I will ensure timely manufacturing of all liquid and lyophilized parenteral cGMP products using aseptic processing technology to deliver high quality sterile products to the pharmaceutical industry. This role also provides shift support to manager and supervisor. The incumbent will manage daily manufacturing activities including scheduling documentation shift transfer meetings and performance reporting and assist with duties in absence of shift manager/supervisor.

Essential job duties
Complete accurate data entry and correct/troubleshoot entries into Ross ERP system
Review all Master Batch Records for content clarity and completeness
Place orders to ensure adequate supplies and appropriate operational equipment
Write Problem Reports and perform associated training and assist with bench strengthening and in-depth cross-functional training of personnel to ensure compliance with cGMPs corporate/site-specific policies and procedures
Assist with supervision/coordination of schedule and material consumption rates maintain and report metrics to evaluate business unit performance and lead the business unit in the absence of shift supervisor or manager
Compile area specific information and line data status accurately and promptly reporting the information to support groups and oncoming shift management teams
Assist Technical Operations and LSS Black Belts on projects and process improvements
