Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives providing guidance support and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation including optimizing outbound prospecting efforts refining messaging and identifying new target markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product to align BDR initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of BDR activities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the BDR team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability creativity and professional growth.

Education Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle selling experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role with a proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales & pipeline build methodologies processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Salesloft Gong or other CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills self-motivated integrity professionalism the ability to work well with others and a great desire to be successful.
  • Demonstrated track record and success against quota.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and growing environment.
Base compensation for this role is: $93535.00 - $118300.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
