Weekend RN Behavioral Health (Home Care)
Part-Time Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend Baylor Program Eligible
Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What Youll Do:
Provide personalized behavioral health nursing care in patients homes
Conduct full assessmentsphysical emotional psychosocial and spiritual
Collaborate to develop and update individualized care plans
Monitor progress and respond to changes in patient condition
Educate patients families and caregivers for better health outcomes
Supervise behavioral health aides and LPNs as needed
Use Homecare HomeBase to document care clearly and efficiently (preferred)
What Youll Bring:
Active RN license (unrestricted and state-specific)
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Weekend availability and local travel (approx. 50%)
Reliable transportation drivers license and auto insurance
Bonus: Experience in Home Health Hospice or Behavioral Health
Bonus: Proficiency with Homecare HomeBase
Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelors preferred)
