Exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyerwith an interestin the sector to segue into AI
AI Product Role for Commercial Lawyer - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A leading AI business based in Cambridge with an impressive leadership team that have proven capability in the sector
Role
This role will create a knowledge bridge between the design and function of the business products
It is suited to an experienced commercial lawyer looking for an opportunity to work on the frontlines of an AI business
Working closely with product and client leadership teams to help shape its AI products for a global client base
The role is product-focused but can include client-facing responsibilities if desired
You
5 years PQE
Suit an experienced commercial solicitor with significant contract negotiation experience
You will bring an understanding of complex commercial agreements to apply to the product
You will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of risk management for large scale and global contracts
Ideally this individual will have created their own play book in a previous role
This opportunity could be suited to a commercial lawyer with a specialism e.g. employment real estate/construction procurement compliance or similar
This opportunity is also open to those looking to move from a practice career centred around commercial agreements - ideally in international markets
