Job Title: LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Bristol BS1
Salary: OTE 50k per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to take charge of a well-established lettings team in Bristol.
Youll be joining a respected estate agency with a strong presence in the South West of England.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage the lettings team and oversee day-to-day operations
- Conduct valuations and win new lettings instructions
- Motivate and lead the team to meet and exceed targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential lettings
- Previous management experience essential
- Track record of securing instructions and achieving targets
- NFOPP / ARLA qualification (advantageous not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- High standards of customer service and professionalism
- Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Bristol area beneficial
- Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
