Job Description
Recruitment Professionals is partnering with a specialist family law firm in
Cornwall to recruit a Family Solicitor. This small dedicated firm works
exclusively in family law and is known for its compassionate approach and
commitment to high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including care
proceedings contact disputes and divorce
Represent clients in court liaising with counsel and other
professionals as required
Provide expert legal advice with sensitivity and professionalism
Maintain accurate timely records using case management systems
Contribute to the firms supportive and collaborative working culture
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
Membership of the Law Societys Children Panel is highly desirable
Strong advocacy and communication skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Commitment to client care and professional integrity
