As a Program Manager on the Security Threat team you will orchestrate multiple high-impact programs coordinate cross-functional efforts and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve our security posture. Youll manage strategic planning drive execution of key initiatives and develop metrics to measure success. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks to ensure alignment across various security initiatives
- Partner with leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and progress reporting that drive data-informed decisions
- Build and maintain scalable processes to track program milestones risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure successful program delivery
- Identify opportunities for program optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various security teams and stakeholders
- Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for key security programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Identify and manage dependencies between different programs and teams to optimize resource allocation and program execution
- Orchestrate regular program reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels between various security teams stakeholders and leadership
- Design and implement comprehensive metrics frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of security programs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into program performance and security metrics
- Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported metrics
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and track progress against goals

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
