Are you hands-on with electronics and enjoy bringing complex systems to life Were looking for an experienced Electronics Technician to support daily electronics assembly testing troubleshooting and light field installation activities for cutting-edge technology projects.
In this role youll work with engineering drawings schematics and procedures to assemble and test electronic and communication components. Youll also contribute to mechanical placement wire/cable harness work and support occasional on-site installs and tests.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily assembly and testing of electronic components and systems.
Assemble mechanical parts place components and complete wire/cable assemblies.
Provide field support for equipment installation and on-site testing as needed.
Interpret and work from detailed schematics engineering drawings and written procedures.
Solder troubleshoot and validate electronic assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or related fields.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and communication-based electronics.
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.
Effective communication skills and the ability to provide clear progress updates.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in electronics or a related field (may substitute for part of the experience requirement).
Trade school training or military background in electronics is a plus.
