Job Description
Administrative Assistant
Location: Springfield Hospital Chelmsford
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full-time Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months Maternity cover
Salary: Depending on experience Benefits
Summary:
Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex leading private hospitals. It is a 68 bedded hospital all with en-suite facilities three of which are two bedded parent and child rooms and a high dependency unit with three beds. There are six operating theatres a physiotherapy department and on-site private GP services.
The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at Springfield Hospital based in Chelmsford. This will be a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity cover. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.
