The Deputy Senior Maintenance Manager (DSMM) supports the Senior Maintenance Manager (SMM) in overseeing all airworthiness-related activities within the FAcT Maintenance organization. The DSMM will be instrumental in developing the MPM for the FAcT requirements and ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards managing training programs and maintaining high standards of maintenance practices. This role also involves acting as a liaison between the SMM and maintenance personnel ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

As a condition of employment candidate must successfully pass a security evaluation per the requirements of the Controlled Goods Directorate of Canada and to CAE being able to obtain all necessary re-transfer authorization in compliance with US ITAR regulations.
