Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with hands-on experience in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Jetpack Compose to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building cutting-edge Android applications with seamless BLE integrations OTA updates and modern UI/UX practices. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and version control using Git/GitHub is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Work with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for shared codebase development
- Integrate and manage Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communications with external devices
- Implement and manage Over-the-Air (OTA) update features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Track tasks and issues using Jira in an Agile environment
- Maintain high code quality with Git and GitHub version control workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Kotlin and modern Android app development
- Hands-on experience with KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform)
- Proficient in Jetpack Compose for UI development
- Deep understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integration
- Experience implementing OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware update mechanisms
- Proficient with Git and GitHub for source control
- Working knowledge of Jira for task management
Familiarity with Android architecture components and best practices
