We are seeking a professional reliable and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role you will be responsible for contacting potential clients qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a key role that supports business growth and client engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments for insurance consultations.
  • Maintain and update the client database with pertinent information and appointment schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and answering inquiries.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring that their calendars are optimized for client meetings.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm appointments and gather any necessary information.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional efforts to encourage potential clients to schedule appointments.
  • Utilize various software tools to record interactions and improve appointment-setting processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in a sales or appointment-setting role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate between $15 and $25 based on experience and qualifications.
