We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 3-4 years of work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions ensuring seamless integration with other systems and leveraging APIs ETL processes. Hands on AMPScript SSJS Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions to meet business requirements.

Implement marketing campaigns using Email Studio Mobile Studio Web Studio and Customer Journeys.

Develop custom applications and integrations using SFMC APIs AMPScript SSJS and real-time triggers.

Leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder to design scalable automation workflows.

Design and implement APIs data integration workflows and ETL processes for seamless data flow between SFMC and external systems.

Integrate SFMC with AWS services including S3 buckets and Lambda functions for advanced data processing and automation.

Implement and manage Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Utilize Marketing Intelligence for data visualization reporting and actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFMC configurations automations and data synchronization.

Stay updated on the latest SFMC features best practices and industry trends.

Document development processes configurations and integrations for training and reference.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing effectiveness through data-driven solutions.
Additional skills
Data Management: Strong understanding of data structures relational databases and SQL for querying and managing marketing data.
AWS Integration: Experience leveraging AWS tools such as S3 Lambda and API Gateway to streamline data processing and integrations.
ETL Processes: Proficiency in designing and managing ETL pipelines for data synchronization between SFMC and external systems.
Compliance and Security: Familiarity with GDPR CAN-SPAM and other data privacy regulations to ensure compliant campaign management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage SFMC Marketing Intelligence for data visualization campaign analysis and actionable insights.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with A/B testing QA processes and ensuring the accuracy of email deliverability and personalization.
Agile Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile practices and tools like JIRA Confluence or Trello for efficient project delivery.
Cross-Platform Integration: Experience integrating SFMC with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or other third-party systems.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proven track record of diagnosing technical issues and providing innovative scalable solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document technical processes effectively.
Certification (Preferred): Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant.
