Job Description
Seeking an experienced Software Developer 2 to support critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The selected candidate will contribute to integrating and enhancing SailPoint IdentityIQ Okta for SSO Azure integrations and secure API development in a highly collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design implement and maintain enterprise-level software applications with a strong emphasis on IAM security and compliance.

Integrate and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components including workflows rules connectors and policies.

Develop and maintain RESTful API services to facilitate access management and policy enforcement across multiple platforms.

Collaborate closely with enterprise architects project managers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.

Conduct comprehensive unit integration and system testing to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Participate in all Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives demos).

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and perform knowledge transfers to internal stakeholders as needed.

6 years of hands-on software development experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams on complex enterprise system integrations.

4 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (configuration workflow development rule and policy creation).

4 years of experience integrating and managing Okta Single Sign-On (SSO).

4 years of experience in secure API design and development (RESTful APIs OAuth2 JWT).

Strong understanding of security best practices identity federation and access control principles.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively manage tasks.

Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and cloud-based IAM integrations.

Public sector or healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD tools and modern DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Java JavaScript or Python in IAM-related application development.
