Pay Rate: $24/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2 pm

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Associate Logistics Technician to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of a precision control components company. This role is part of the Central Dispatch Team supporting both physical and transactional operations in production repair development and MRO activities. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound material physically and systematically
- Move materials between staging locations and ensure proper storage
- Perform inventory transactions reconciliation (2-bin) and shelf-life management (e.g. paint)
- Handle cycle counts non-conforming material transactions and stockroom support
- Coordinate and expedite outside processing (OSP) including vendor pickups and deliveries
- Prepare and verify work orders paperwork and partial lot splits
- Monitor and resolve aging WIP and system queues
- Provide dispatch direction to team members and drivers
- Ensure compliance with all transaction and packaging requirements
- Support continuous improvement training and team metrics reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics dispatch inventory control or material handling
- Experience with inventory tracking systems and high-accuracy transactions
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Experience operating forklifts box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with packaging standards and ESD compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve material flow issues
- Excellent communication skills; able to coordinate with cross-functional teams
