Job Title: TIG Welder (2nd Shift: 1:30 PM 10:00 PM)
Location: Anaheim CA

Key Responsibilities:Precision Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality TIG welds; MIG and Stick welding as needed.
Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Accurately interpret welding symbols technical drawings and blueprints to plan welds.
Material Handling: Work with a variety of metals including stainless steel steel and aluminum using appropriate techniques and consumables.
Quality Assurance: Conduct visual and mechanical inspection of welds to meet strength and specification standards.
Tool & Machine Operation: Operate welding machines grinders cutters and related tools to prepare and finish welds.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA and internal safety protocols to maintain a clean secure work environment.
Collaboration: Partner with engineers machinists and quality control inspectors to meet project goals.
Repairs & Modifications: Repair or modify components and structures as needed with accuracy.
Documentation: Maintain records of materials used issues encountered and completion timelines to ensure workflow efficiency.
2 years of TIG welding experience in a machine shop or industrial setting.
Skilled in working with stainless steel steel aluminum and other metals.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and welding symbols.
High attention to detail and ability to conduct quality inspections of welds.
Proficiency with tools such as grinders drills cutters and fabrication equipment.
Solid work ethic reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations.
AWS Certified Welder or other recognized welding certifications (MIG/TIG).
Experience with CNC welding or automated welding systems.
Exposure to exotic metals or high-pressure systems.
Pipe fitting experience and working knowledge of GMAW and GTAW processes.
