Job Description
- 10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience in the life insurance and/or annuity is a must.
- Experience of managing cross functional projects is a must.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.
- Strong communication to interact with C-Level executives.
- Lead planning execution and tracking of IT insurance projects.
- Oversee the requirement gathering and documentation of projects.
- Coordinate vendor activities evaluate deliverables and adhere to standards.
- Manage timelines budgets and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor performance of contracted teams and resolve quality issues.
- Mentor junior team members in applying standards and resolving challenges.
- Communicate on decisions with leadership stakeholders and technical teams.
