Job Summary Analyst: Smartsheet Migration to Google Apps
- Lead the migration of business processes and workflows from Smartsheet to Google Apps (Google Workspace).
- Analyze current Smartsheet systems and identify requirements for equivalent or improved Google Workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and seek process improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement solutions using Google Sheets Forms Docs Slides and Apps Script to replicate or enhance existing workflows.
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing Smartsheet assets including dashboards reports forms and automations.
- Develop migration plans timelines and structured documentation to ensure an efficient transition.
- Create and maintain project documentation including process maps data flow diagrams and user guides.
- Train end-users on new Google Workspace tools and workflows to ensure user adoption.
- Monitor and support post-migration performance resolving issues or functionality gaps as needed.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance throughout the migration process.
