Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Location: Athena Medtech
Department: Labor and Delivery
Schedule: 3 Days/Week (12-Hour Shifts)
Shift Hours: 07:00 AM 7:30 PM Monday to Friday
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Labor & Delivery Nursing
Athena Medtech is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in maternal care and demonstrate a commitment to providing safe high-quality and patient-centered services to expectant mothers and their families.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver comprehensive evidence-based nursing care throughout the labor delivery and recovery process.

Implement evaluate and adjust individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Monitor and document patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.

Coordinate care delivery across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless integrated treatment.

Accurately interpret and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Participate actively in discharge planning and patient education in collaboration with physicians case managers and other team members.

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery.

BLS ACLS and NRP certifications (preferred or required based on facility standards).

Strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
