Registered Nurse Emergency Department
Location: Athena Medtech
Department: Emergency Department
Schedule: 3 Days/Week (12-Hour Shifts)
Shift Hours: 07:00 AM 7:30 PM Monday to Friday
Total Weekly Hours: 36
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Emergency Nursing
Athena Medtech is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department. This role requires critical thinking rapid response capabilities and compassionate patient care in a dynamic high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions.

Implement assess and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Monitor document and communicate patient status in a timely and effective manner.

Act as the primary care coordinator to ensure well-integrated multidisciplinary care.

Execute physician and nursing orders with accuracy and professionalism.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and initiate effective discharge plans.

Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Room setting.

BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred or as per facility guidelines).

Proficiency in emergency procedures triage protocols and rapid patient assessment.

Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
