Job Description

Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Department: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Rehab Network

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Clinic-Based Predictable Weekday Hours

Position Overview

Join a mission-driven interdisciplinary team at Rehab Network where youll make a lasting impact on children and their families through evidence-based individualized ABA therapy. As a Pediatric BCBA you will lead a team of dedicated behavior technicians collaborate with specialists across disciplines and help shape a treatment plan tailored to each childs unique strengths and goals. Whether improving communication social interaction self-help play or reducing challenging behaviors your work will help foster meaningful change at home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of 8 12 pediatric patients within a supportive clinic-based environment

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that target both skill acquisition and behavior reduction

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA strategies

  • Train and coach parents and caregivers on ABA techniques to support generalization of skills across settings

  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists occupational therapists and physical therapists to provide holistic care

  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and evolving patient needs

  • Maintain documentation and compliance standards aligned with ethical and clinical best practices

Qualifications
  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential or eligible to sit for the BCBA exam within one month

  • Proven experience in developing individualized treatment plans including skill-building and behavior reduction strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide behavior technicians

  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to family-centered care
