Schedule: Clinic-Based Predictable Weekday Hours
Join a mission-driven interdisciplinary team at Rehab Network where youll make a lasting impact on children and their families through evidence-based individualized ABA therapy. As a Pediatric BCBA you will lead a team of dedicated behavior technicians collaborate with specialists across disciplines and help shape a treatment plan tailored to each childs unique strengths and goals. Whether improving communication social interaction self-help play or reducing challenging behaviors your work will help foster meaningful change at home and in the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of 8 12 pediatric patients within a supportive clinic-based environment
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that target both skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA strategies
Train and coach parents and caregivers on ABA techniques to support generalization of skills across settings
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists occupational therapists and physical therapists to provide holistic care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and evolving patient needs
Maintain documentation and compliance standards aligned with ethical and clinical best practices

Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential or eligible to sit for the BCBA exam within one month
Proven experience in developing individualized treatment plans including skill-building and behavior reduction strategies
Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide behavior technicians
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
