At Company Name Rehab for Kids we provide individualized one-on-one care to children from birth through age 21 promoting positive outcomes through customized treatment plans and a multidisciplinary approach.
As an integral part of our pediatric outpatient team youll work closely with parents and caregivers empowering them to support their childs development and integrate therapy strategies into everyday routines. Provide one-on-one physical therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
Create and implement personalized treatment plans to promote development strength mobility and independence
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members including OTs SLPs and BCBAs
Engage and educate families to support therapeutic progress beyond the clinic
Maintain detailed and compliant patient documentation
Participate in ongoing clinical training and team development
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or pending Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Passion for pediatric care and commitment to clinical excellence
Strong communication and teamwork skills
