Job Description
Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic
Sign-On Bonus Available Guaranteed Administrative Time
At Rehab for Kids we believe in more than just treatment-we believe in transforming lives. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist youll work with children from birth through age 21 in a vibrant outpatient setting. Youll provide individualized one-on-one therapy collaborating closely with families to integrate therapy into daily life while working shoulder-to-shoulder with a multidisciplinary team of PTs OTs SLPs and BCBAs.

What Youll Do-
Deliver customized physical therapy interventions for a pediatric population

Collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment with SLPs OTs and BCBAs including co-treatments when clinically appropriate

Create and modify individualized care plans to align with developmental milestones and patient goals

Engage and educate parents/caregivers to reinforce skills at home

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational standards

Participate in continuous learning and mentorship opportunities
