Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our medical imaging team. In this role you will perform a range of diagnostic x-ray procedures utilizing advanced imaging technologies including CR DR and PACS. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform diagnostic radiographic exams using computed radiography (CR) digital radiography (DR) and PACS systems

Operate and troubleshoot imaging systems including Radiology Information Systems (RIS) Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and PACS
-
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations hospital policies and infection control protocols

Participate in all mandatory training safety drills and ongoing competency assessments
-
Provide guidance and supervision to support staff when assigned by leadership

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe efficient workflow

Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program

ARRT certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RTR)

Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License

Current CPR certification

Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-volume clinical setting

Familiarity with medical imaging software and digital imaging workflows

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care
