Job Description

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Type: Full-Time Flexible Schedule
Salary: $77000 $85000 annually
Bonuses: Potential to earn $8000 in annual bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Design implement and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies

  • Develop and adjust ABA programs to ensure clinical effectiveness

  • Conduct assessments and write detailed progress reports

  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and therapists

  • Collaborate with parents caregivers and clinical directors to monitor case progress

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and funding sources

  • Maintain a billable caseload in addition to supervisory and clinical duties

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Required

  • Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field

  • Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

  • Valid drivers license and reliable insured transportation

  • Effective leadership time management and communication skills

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)

  • Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) designation preferred
