Design implement and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
Develop and adjust ABA programs to ensure clinical effectiveness
Conduct assessments and write detailed progress reports
Supervise and train behavior technicians and therapists
Collaborate with parents caregivers and clinical directors to monitor case progress
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and funding sources
Maintain a billable caseload in addition to supervisory and clinical duties
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Required
Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Valid drivers license and reliable insured transportation
Effective leadership time management and communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) designation preferred
Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are eligible for increased base pay
Passion for working with children and their families in a hands-on therapeutic setting
