Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Client Program Manager for our client in Elkridge MD to support client programs within a leading industrial automation manufacturing environment. This role combines project coordination client communication and cross-functional collaboration and is ideal for professionals looking to grow into full program ownership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer programs from quote through delivery
- Support project planning scheduling and tracking
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and vendors
- Collaborate with engineering production supply chain and quality teams
- Maintain project plans meeting notes and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and assist with cost-control efforts
- Identify project risks escalate concerns and support mitigation strategies
- Apply program management tools and best practices to improve execution and support long-term program growth
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Industrial Management or related field
- 1 3 years in project coordination client services or manufacturing environments
- Understanding of industrial automation systems (e.g. PLCs robotics control systems)
- Familiarity with lean principles and manufacturing processes preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with project tools (e.g. MS Project Jira) and CRM/ERP systems a plus
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
