About the Role
We are currently hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Ideal candidates will excel in this role if they have experience in recruitment or staffing but it is not a must. If you have a sales business development or account management background you can quickly adapt and succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute sales strategies to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
- Proactively reach out via cold emails calls and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM leaving detailed notes updates and follow-ups.
- Provide market feedback to leadership on client trends industry challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct virtual meetings & presentations to introduce our recruitment services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to refine sales strategies and meet business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends to position our services effectively in the market.
What Were Looking For
- Highly motivated self-driven and results-oriented professional
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively (both written & verbal)
- Advanced English skills (Reading Writing & Speaking) American Accent is highly preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment staffing or sales (preferred but not required)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools to track outreach and client interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet & backup connection (if possible)
- A high-quality headset and a working computer
- A quiet professional workspace
Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 35000.00 - 65000.00 per month
Performance-based bonuses & commissions that may amount to 90000.00 or more depending on performance

Experience Requirements
2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Required)
Advanced English Language Skills (Required)
Recruitment or Staffing Industry Experience (Preferred but NOT required)
