Job Description:
- Providing high-quality complaint handling support for a wide range of laboratory systems.
- Independent planning measurement testing and summarization of laboratory tests.
- Cross-functional coordination of complex test plans in an international environment.
- Documentation of complaints in various database systems.
- Management of the reagents necessary for the investigation.
- Requalification of laboratory systems and laboratory equipment.
Qualifications and experience:
- Completed training as a biology laboratory assistant (m/f) or medical-technical assistant (m/f).
- Experience in the use of analytical instruments and reagents.
- Experience with client systems like Atellica Solution Atellica CI-1900 IMMULITE 2000 XPi or ADVIA Centaur are highly appreciated.
- Experience with the Microsoft package.
Profile and skills:
- You enjoy dealing with people and working in an international environment.
- You have a high degree of self-motivation flexibility and self-confidence.
- You are willing to constantly develop.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You have good communication skills.
- Resilience and flexibility with changing work requirements are no problem for you.
Experience:
- 5 years practical laboratory experience needed.
- Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science Chemistry or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
