*** There is a separate BR for local candidates*** Location: 8635 W. 3rd Street Los Angeles CA 90048 Float Location: 1192 Hilhurst Ave Los Feliz CA 90027 Shift: 8 hours between 0600-1800 ***Experience with the following OBGYN procedures required: PAP Coplo Leep D&C EMB IUD insertions and removals Nexplanon and NST*** Required: * CA License * BLS * IV/Blood Draw Certified * 1 Year of OBGYN experience * 2 Years of overall LVN experience Position / Specialty: LVN/OBGYN Years of experience REQ: 2 as LVN and 1 in OBGYN First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: No Certs REQ: BLS and IV Certified Is on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule Within a 50 mile radius is considered local Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: None Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic Scrub Color: Burgundy Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Free or validated
